Backal Hospitality Group’s newest Cellar Dog, located in the heart of Center City Philadelphia is a bar/gaming and live music venue that is a haven for jazz enthusiasts. We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team of hospitality professionals as a Senior Operations Manager. This role will work in partnership under the regional Director and provide daily oversight of operations and provide direct support inclusive of but not limited to quality control, strategic planning, employee engagement, training and development and conflict resolution. In addition to being a proven leader, the individual must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, anddiverse knowledge of food, beverage and nightlife with a minimum of 2 years of transferable experience.Candidate must have open availability and ability to work late nights and possess a true passion for music.
